Integrate Salesforce and NetSuite: Automate Lead-to-Cash
This month’s product highlight features Celigo’s Salesforce – NetSuite Integration App. This out-of-the-box product automatically synchronizes key data between Salesforce and NetSuite – such as Opportunities, Sales Orders, Accounts, Contacts, Items, Pricebooks, Customer Financials, and more. With the Integration App, Sales reps can use Salesforce to manage their pipelines while Finance can use NetSuite to manage orders, invoices, billing, pricing, and the financials – without creating manual work or process bottlenecks.
How the Product Works
When an Opportunity reaches a Closed-Won status, a new Sales Order is automatically created in NetSuite. This allows Finance to quickly invoice a customer without having to manually create the order. Customer financials, such as payment status, invoice issued, and account balance, can be made available from NetSuite to Salesforce. Other key data can be configured to automatically synchronize and update between the applications.
