Celigo is a Gartner® Peer Insights™ Customers’ Choice for Integration Platform as a Service 2026 for the second year in a row
Before anything else: thank you.
Today, Celigo has been named Gartner® Peer Insights™ Customers’ Choice for Integration Platform as a Service 2026. This is the second year in a row we’ve been named this distinction. We feel it’s built one review at a time, by customers who took the time to describe, in their own words, what it’s actually like to run their business on our platform. So my first reaction to this news isn’t pride in a recognition. It’s gratitude to the customers and partners who put us in a position to earn it, twice.

What being a Gartner® Peer Insights™ Customers’ Choice actually reflects to us
Gartner® Peer Insights™ Customers’ Choice distinctions are based entirely on verified end-user reviews, not vendor briefings or analyst opinion. Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer evaluates vendors in a given technology market by applying specific methodology to aggregated end-user reviews. Vendors are then positioned into four quadrants based on two criteria: User Interest and Adoption (x-axis), and Overall Experience (y-axis).
In the 2026 report, Celigo received a 4.7 out of 5 overall rating across 107 reviews, with a Willingness to Recommend score of 93%. Reviewers evaluated us on support experience (4.7) and deployment experience (4.6). We believe this reflects how we help customers get the platform running in production, not just in a demo. This is the second consecutive year Celigo has been named a Customers’ Choice for iPaaS, in 2025 and again in 2026.
What Celigo customers are saying on Gartner® Peer Insights™
Numbers only tell part of the story. Here’s some of what customers wrote in their reviews:
“Celigo is the best iPaaS solution that I have used so far, based on ease of use, configurability and out of the box connectors. Their customer service is also top notch, as they have quickly been able to address my issues when I had to contact them.” — Director of IT, finance industry (Full review)
“Our experience has been great. The support we have received has been top notch. Stable, user friendly, and great features.” — Data Analyst, consumer goods industry (Full review)
“Celigo is more than just a great integration platform, they are a team that is focused on driving success and have been eager to go that extra mile from day one.” — IT Director, organization with $500M–$1B in annual revenue (Full review)
I’d rather let these speak for themselves than add commentary on top of them.
Why this recognition matters to me
Recognitions are easy to celebrate and overstate, so let me be specific about what this one actually means.
It’s not a reflection of a good year. We feel it reflects a lot of unglamorous work going right, week after week, for the businesses that run on Celigo. It’s an order surge during peak season that doesn’t fall over. It’s a financial close that happens on schedule because the data reconciled correctly the first time. It’s customer data moving securely and intelligently enough that our customers can use it to serve their own customers better. It’s not just experimenting with AI but making it work in production.
None of that shows up in a highlight reel. We feel it shows up in a Gartner® Peer Insights™ review, written by someone whose job depends on this stuff working.
I’m proud of the product and engineering teams who build for that reality instead of for a demo. I’m just as proud of the customer success and support teams who are there for our customers: on the call, in the ticket, before a big go-live, when something needs to work right now. And I’m grateful for our partners, who extend that same standard of reliability into every implementation we don’t run ourselves. Their names aren’t on this distinction, but we believe their hard work is all over it.
Where we’re headed: Automating with AI without losing control
This recognition also lands at an interesting moment for our industry, and we all know AI is the reason.
Every automation vendor, us included, is being asked the same question right now: what does AI actually change about how work gets done? My answer is probably contrarian compared to what you’ll hear elsewhere. More autonomy is not necessarily better automation. In the operations we help our customers run (e.g. order management, financial close, supply chain, customer data, and more) the right amount of autonomy is the least the work requires, not the most a model can attempt.
Most operational work follows a known process, and for that work, a deterministic rule is still faster, more predictable, and easier to trust than an agent. AI should only take on the steps where the outcome genuinely depends on context or judgment a fixed rule can’t anticipate. Everywhere else, a rule should do the job, in full view of the people accountable for it.
That’s the philosophy behind where we’re taking the platform. Celigo is already the deterministic backbone for mission-critical operations across application integration, EDI, API management, and high-volume data pipelines. The platform is proven and reliable, processing more than 40 billion transactions a month without missing a beat. We’re extending that same platform, with the same governance and audit trail, to AI agents and autonomous workflows, so that any given business process can move through deterministic steps, hand off to an agent for the parts that need judgment, and escalate to a person when it falls outside policy. All in one place, all visible, all governed the same way.
Our customers shouldn’t have to choose between a platform built for reliability and one built for AI. That’s the point of building it this way: teams decide where a rule is enough, where AI adds real value, and where a person needs to stay in the loop. Whether they’re building in our natural-language interface Celigo Ora, in the terminal, or in an LLM, it’s the same governed platform underneath.
This is the direction we’re committed to: helping our customers automate the full spectrum of their operations, from the most predictable to the most autonomous, without ever asking them to trade reliability for intelligence.
Thank you, again
To the customers who took the time to write a review, to the partners who implement and extend this platform every day, and to everyone at Celigo who shows up when it counts: we believe this recognition belongs to you. We don’t take being named a Gartner® Peer Insights™ Customers’ Choice for granted, and we’re not going to start now.
