So hello everyone. We’ll be starting our webinar now. My name is Ebru and I work in product marketing at Celigo. And thank you for joining us today. So we’ll be talking about how businesses can leverage 3PL integration for operational efficiency. So during the webinar, if you have any questions please enter them through the chat window and we’ll be addressing them at the end of the session. Also, this webinar will be recorded and shared with all of you afterwards. So if you’re not familiar with Celigo, we’re an iPaaS, integration platform as a service provider. And so our platform allows e-commerce retail and manufacturers businesses to quickly connect any application with any other application to automate key business processes. And what really makes it unique is it can easily be used by business users as well as by more technical users. And today we have three speakers joining us. So our first speaker is Brandon Burns, Director of Business Development at 3PL Central. Brandon has over a decade of experience in technology consulting and finance. He’s a business development professional with a focus on partnership, technical and commercial relationships that create value for their customers. And our second speaker is Brynn Roberts. She’s the NetSuite director at Specialty Incentives. And she oversees software integrations. And previously she has worked as the V.P. of finance and she has a background in legal accounting. And our third speaker is Chris Bidleman. He is the Director Integration Solutions at Celigo. And Chris has over 20 years of experience in the supply chain management and logistics space and he is also an expert with 3PL integrations. And so here is an overview of today’s agenda. So first Brandon will talk about the state of e-commerce and the importance of automating 3PL management. And then Brynn will talk about how Specialty Incentives benefited from integrating with their 3PL. And then Chris will talk about the best practices for 3PL management automation. And at the end of the session, we will be answering your questions. So now I will hand it off to Brandon. Thank you, Ebru. And thanks to Celigo for inviting me on today. I’m really looking forward to this. Hello, everybody. Good morning or good afternoon if you’re on the East Coast. My name is Brandon Burns and I’m with 3PL Central. 3PL Central is a software provider. We provide warehouse management system software or WMS software specific to third party warehouses. For those that don’t know what a third party warehouse is, it’s a warehouse that’s storing inventory on behalf of someone else instead of storing inventory that they own themselves. Our WMS 3PL warehouse manager allows our customers to serve their customers, operate efficiently, grow faster with features like building automation, scanning, small parcel shipping, dock scheduling. We’re really proud of our product and I’m really proud of the team we got there and excited to talk to you a little bit about us on the next slide a little bit about the book– excuse me, is the retail e-commerce sales trend here. And this is really the biggest trend shaping the 3PL industry. This was a trend that you can see has been under way for quite some time. You can see the trend is up and to the right consistently. This is driven by over 2 billion online shoppers globally today. That’s 2 billion with a B. That’s a lot of online shoppers. Millennials account for 40% of buyers today. I thought that meant buyers are getting younger. Turns out that just means I’m getting older, but the point is that they grew up with technology and living their lives on the [inaudible] so they’re used to buying online. This is a little bit different from a 3PL’s perspective than the traditional 3PL model. The traditional 3PL model was B2B focused, where it may be I’m shipping out pallets of stuff to a Walmart or Target or something like that. This is a little bit more granular and consumers expect a seamless and somewhat customized experience themselves. So a great example of this is if I’m out shopping on your website, I want to see your current inventory levels and those need to be up to date. So while this trend of growing e-commerce presents a significant opportunity for 3PL warehouses, there are some some challenges that come with capitalizing on that opportunity. On the next slide you can see that COVID has accelerated this trend. So this this graph is showing increase in online orders from January into April of 2020. You can see here in North America, it’s about an 80% increase, which is obviously quite a big number. At 3PL Central, we saw a 65% year-over-year increase of [inaudible] volume that was processed through our WMS. That was as of May of this year or so, so big increases in e-commerce volume. And again, this is a significant opportunity for 3PL and 3PL warehouses. On the next slide you can see that it’s not all roses and sunshine. There has been a significant downturn with some of the big box stores, the traditional B2B fulfillment I spoke about a little bit earlier. A lot of the big box stores are expecting some significant downside revenue implications based on COVID and that’s having downstream effects on their 3PL that they’re using. And so that’s why it’s very important for a 3PL to have the analytics in place to understand what type of businesses their customers are and be able to predict and expect any downturns or upturns in their business as quickly as possible so that they can react. The next slide shows the numbers that you might have seen come out last week. It’s just kind of reiterating the last slide. Q2 GDP numbers were not great, to put it lightly. And this is having an effect on some warehouses. But the interesting point here is whether you’re a warehouse that’s seeing the boom from from e-commerce or you’re struggling a little bit, the point is that everybody is having to do less with more– excuse me, having to do more with less right? And so, that automation around long processes and integrations with your customers and their customers is really key. On the next slide, this is talking about how those heightened expectations for sellers and their 3PR warehouses are manifested. Like we talked about earlier, many consumers just default to buying online, and they’re expecting a seamless experience. So we talked about earlier having inventory levels directly on your website. That’s got to come straight from the GPL. Order accuracy is another one. A customer is likely not going to buy from you again if you ship them the wrong product. I know that’s something I’ve dealt with myself. And then, you break your business relationship with the seller once that happens because you just don’t trust them, right? Fast shipping is kind of an interesting one. This was something that before COVID, I think the Wall Street Journal called the next inalienable right, that everybody expected free two-day shipping. Now, we’re seeing a little bit of patience from the consumer side understanding that. That code is making things a little bit more difficult on GPL, specifically on the shipping side of the function. So it’s going to be interesting to watch this in the near future and see if that patience remains or when all this is over, it goes right back to expecting that two-day shipping. But order accuracy and speed are all things that are supported by automation and making things as quick and seamless as possible. And so if we just go on to the next slide, you just want to see the entire order to shipping process and everything in between be a well-oiled machine. Traditionally, what we see in a lot of 3PR warehouses are a lot of paper-based processes where I’m maybe printing paper pick tickets to hand to my warehouse employees, or maybe it’s using some old school technologies like maybe I’m taking orders from my customers via email, or maybe I have an Excel spreadsheet that I’m just kind of typing in myself. The issue here is that’s error-prone, right? That’s an issue for customers when– again, if you’re going to accidentally ship the wrong item or to the wrong address or something like that, that’s going to affect the business relationship and that’s going to affect the relationship between the 3PR warehouse and its customer, the seller, because it affected the relationship between the seller and the consumer. A lot of these are also time-consuming, right? Every second that you spend putting folders into a spreadsheet or taking that email or printing that paper pick ticket in the warehouse is time lost. And over a hundred or a thousand orders a day, that really adds up and that limits the warehouses’ capacity to fulfill orders that limits the profitability of the warehouse and it limits the customer experience. Moving away from that is one of the biggest ways to capitalize on e-commerce trends we talked about earlier. The new way to handle this is to directly connect your WMS into your customers’ order source. So Shopify great example. You can take orders directly from your customer’s website and send them directly to the WMS via an API connection or via something like Celigo. And that just takes out all that manual labor and all that risk of human error and makes the process very quick. Another good example is pick and pack. Again, the old school way to do this is paper tickets handed out to the employee, “Here’s what you’re doing today.” Now we see a lot of customers among 3PLs using scanners for efficient picking and packing. This allows the warehouse to modify an employee task list on the fly with those scanning devices, and this automates a lot of those manual tasks, again saving time, again reducing the risk of human error. Shipping, another good example where some integration can make things easy. You take the order information directly from the WMS, which took it from the other source, and you can send it directly to whatever shipping solution we use. In 3PL Central, we have a shipping feature called SmartParcel that helps you with small parcel shipping. And it’s nice to be able to use that all-in-one system. Again, the theme here is saving time, eliminating human error. Then this is a [inaudible] where you might have to use a different application in the past. It’s nice to have all that in one single location. So again, the theme here is that these automations and integrations save time and money for the warehouse. That’s good for the seller, which is because it’s good for the consumer, and it helps support that that seamless experience that the consumers are looking for. At this point, I’m going to hand it off to Brynn, and then she’s going to talk about how she worked with a 3PL warehouse that uses our products to ensure that efficient experience. Hi there. My name’s Brynn Roberts and I am the NetSuite administrator with Specialty Incentives. Specialty Incentives is a promotional products distributor. We’ve been around since 1984, and our main goal is to help find the right products to advertise your business correctly and efficiently. And so we do anything from collateral materials, kitting in assemblies. We could do special events. And our main focus over the last couple of years has really been growing our e-commerce stores for our customers. So we have quite a few new ones in the last two years. And I would say the hardest part that’s been about this is really the manual process that it’s been. If you want to change that slide for me. Our order process would come into NetSuite automatically from our e-commerce stores. But the problem we are having is twice a day someone would have to go in and then manually compile all of our orders and send the PDS through an email to our third-party warehouse. What that was doing is if an order got missed, if the warehouse missed it, it was creating quite a bit of inaccuracy, just a lot of room for error. And so we really needed something to integrate with our warehouse. They switched to 3PL Central a little while ago, maybe about a year and a half. And so once that happened we had this great ability to integrate NetSuite with 3PL Central, and we used Celigo to do that so the other issue we were having was any new e-commerce store. We have tons of items. We just opened a store a month ago where we had over 400 new items. And trying to get those to the warehouse and in their system used to be a very manual process where we would send over a CSB and they were actually manually entered into 3PL. And that alone just caused many issues as far as getting the item names correct, making sure everyone runs on the same page. And then finally it came down to the counts. Our inventory counts could be different if something was put in on a different item, there was just a lot of miscommunication going on and just a little bit of inaccuracy. And something we were really hoping to fix by integrating our two systems. I change that slide. So by streamlining this process, we were able to use a developer Celigo provided us to do the integration. We did three flows that the first one took the items from NetSuite and imported them directly into 3PL Central. The next one it took the items created in 3PL Central and shot back an item ID into NetSuite which is how we tracked all of the items on the orders. And then the third flow was when our orders would come in, it would send them directly to 3PL Central. So instead of doing our orders twice a day at 10:00 and 2:00, now they were going seamlessly every 30 minutes any time in order would come in. And so it wasn’t bogging down the warehouse twice a day and it was also making it so that someone didn’t have to compile those orders and send it all the time. We actually have one person that handles all of our e-commerce and it was such a growing field in our business that we were really worried we were going to have to start hiring more people to do that. And once we did this integration, it’s made it so that we don’t need to hire someone else. And on top of that, we’ve doubled the number of stores that we’ve had since we started this automation. And our last store had over 400 items that went in, and the very first day we had 300 orders. And so all of that was just so seamless and I can’t imagine a person having to compile 300 orders on that very first day and send them to the warehouse and then the warehouse room without this process. Next slide. One of the other main results that we really noticed were just the inventory levels were tracked a lot more seamlessly between our two systems. We do physical counts, and so by doing that, by having it automated we can go in and see the counts on the 3PL side. We can also check our counts. And then when we do a physical count, it really we’ve noticed such a huge decrease in the amount of variances we had which is great for our bottom line as well as the warehouses. It’s also just really made it so that we can grow this area of our business so much more. One thing with COVID that everything’s kind of switched a little bit is there’s definitely a lot less marketing on the stores and a lot more PPE items which has been pretty easy to switch over and just add into the warehouse without too much effort on either party side. So it has been a great automation for our specialty. It’s really allowed us to grow our business in a way that probably wouldn’t be possible without. So I’m going go ahead and hand it over to Chris. at Celigo. Thank you, Brandon. So you’ve heard the story from Brandon as far as the 3PL side of the story. And then from Brynn as far as the customer side of the story. So where Celigo fits obviously is in the middle. We are as often say is where the plumbers of the Internet. So we’re connecting one business system to another. And Brandon brought up some really good points as COVID has really shifted in an incredibly fast time the dynamics of how e-tail is being handled. And so for Celigo, we connect to a lot of different marketplaces as you can see here, through Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and the usual, and then the back end as far as a lot of order management systems. But what I’ve seen the biggest trend is because of some of the changes, a lot of retailers have had to change their approach just like Specialty did as far as different marketing or different marketplaces. And also the changes that Amazon from shifting from a fulfillment by Amazon for non-essential goods to merchant fulfilled. So now in a very short amount of time, a lot of different warehouses has had to spool up and be able to deliver a lot of goods as well as the big box stores. Meaning a lot of the sales have shifted from in-store to online. And so we, Celigo, since we’re in the middle and they haven’t turned off the Internet because of COVID, has been incredibly busy connecting up a lot more systems. And so we do have a lot of pre-built connectors to these different backend systems, but we’re also seeing a big shift towards plugging in the logistics carriers such as FedEx and UPS. And as Brandon said is that visibility to know where your order is status and real-time inventory. As I mentioned, I’ve been in this business a long time and thought about doing two-day shift or two-day shipping and even same-day shipping is kind of blows my mind. And the ability to do that is definitely through automation and be able to plug in all these different things. So let’s go ahead and go to the next slide. So let me just kind of talk a little a little bit about the journey of what’s possible with automating 3PL. And Brynn talked a little bit about what they had deployed. But there’s different aspects to your business that you can look at where the pain points are and be able to provide a very quick return on investment. And you don’t need to do all these data flows as a big bang. But it really depends on where your 3PL might be, what marketplace you’re addressing, I mean, the thought about being able to school up a new distribution center in a couple of weeks. Again, it used to take months if not a year to do that. Now in a couple weeks you can have a new distribution center up and running in a different part of the country or in a totally different country in Europe or someplace else. I mean, we work with distribution centers all over. Down Under Asia and Europe and so we’re all kind of experiencing the same thing at the same time. So we’re having the same conversation. So we kind of chunk an amount into different things about, what is around the order fulfillment which is always the most important? And then also Brandon talked about the inventory visibility. How do you sync that? Yes, the ERP is your source of truth for that. So to be able to get that information fast and also then be able to get that syndicated out to your different marketplaces especially if you’re multi-channel. And if you have fast-moving products, of course, you want to be able to make sure you don’t have any stock out. So all the different marketplaces know what is available. Brynn talked about all the product updates as you start rolling out new products to be able to get that up and running and also up to your marketplaces. And then we could do a whole seminar and just return processing. I probably have more conversations about returns than anything else these days. And then, of course, any imbalance shipments is how do you get that product to that 3PL? Is it coming directly from your manufacturers? Are you doing Central Receiving and then sending it to them? So there’s different aspects you need to look at whenever you’re talking about connecting up your 3PL to your order management system. Next slide, please. So I talked a little bit about this but let me just give you sort of the ballet of a land of what common integration touchpoints you can do with a 3PL and what Sligo can offer to you. As we mentioned before, we have templates that are available for different 3PLs. Of course 3PL Central one of our favorite has these all flows available but three all 3PLs are not the same. They have different protocols that they do. We still do a lot of EDI, [inaudible] EDI. So that’s still prevalent in the market. Some 3PLs do files through CSPs. Some do web services. So 3PL Central is a web service so it gives you opportunity to do a lot more real time versus batch with flat files. But either way, the flows themselves are kind of the same. And what Slagle provides is that ability to transform that data from your order management system or your marketplace to the language that the 3PL can understand. So core orders commonly the ones you want to be focused on is course your sales orders when you receive that order from wherever it is and get it to them. And also part of that is to be able to support backorders if you want. If you want to do partial shipments you need to be able to figure out what inventory is available, ship it out. And then when it is available then to also send the other rest that order when it’s needed orders for replenishment to your store. So if you have physical stores to the warehouse that just looks like any other order shipping out, so to be able to handle that, and then get acknowledgement that the 3PL got that order. And then, of course, the second most important thing is understand when it’s shipped because customers want to get that acknowledgement. They want to know when the order ships, what’s the tracking number, and as we talked about, that real-time ability of knowing where in the supply chain that their order is. On the inventory side, there’s essentially two different types of inventory you want to keep track of. One is inventory adjustments. So this is stock movements. When warehouse will do cycle counts or, as Brynn mentioned, they’ll do physical counts. They’ll actually look in the bins, count them, and then do adjustments when they have those changes. And then you also have your inventory snapshots which is, as it says, it’s just a snapshot [inaudible]. People will do this maybe once a day just to make sure, if there’s any shrinkage in your warehouse, that you can pick that up to know that what is my true inventory. So you can do those nightly and adjust your inventory. So again, you have a clear picture of what’s in that warehouse so it is accurate at all times. The catalog itself is the items that your– your order management system should be your source of truth of what your item’s master is, what your pricing is, and then be able to send that to the 3PL so that they can ship it out. And again, you may have multiple 3PL shipping out different products. So within in your order management system, we can make sure that that order gets routed to the right warehouse, that can fulfill it in the most timely and cost-effective manner. And then this isn’t so common but we do get information from 3PL’s what they call a SKU profile. Essentially, this is a way to scan that with the packaging and your product, and weigh it so you know exactly what package size and weight, and other type of things that will be associated with that product. So that profile can come back into your order management system so now you can charge the right shipping and know what size of the box is going to be. So that’s some– we don’t see that very often but that is another capability. And then finally, and probably one and more complex besides the returns which is part of this, is the inbound shipments. So what is coming into the warehouse. So it can be a purchase order coming from a manufacturer, it can be a shipment from another 3PL, it could be a different type of– the transfer from another warehouse, or your internal warehouse that you do central receiving and then you’re going to send it to the 3PL, or you need to have that 3PL replenish Amazon FBA because you’re doing some orders from there. And then when those products are returned, how do you handle that? Does it come back to the warehouse? You want to be able get that back in stock or understand the condition of that product when it’s returned. So that’s part of that real-time– [inaudible] are real-time because some of these are batch but, basically, that information, knowing exactly what you have, and be able to then refund that customer once the item is received and you know it’s in good shape or you got what you expected. So overall, there’s a lot of different dataflows and touchpoints. You don’t have to do all these. The most common thing we see is somebody just wants to get orders, shipments, and inventory information. And that’s very similar what Brynn’s company did. And we also can– you can do a rollout of all these different dataflow. So again, a lot of flexibility and how you want to solve this business problem and automate different aspects of your supply chain. Next slide so to tackle a product or a project such as this is, as doing a 3PL integration, I just want to sort of give you some best practices and just some little touchpoints. Part of it is what is your integration experience and knowledge around the 3PL, if it’s brand new warehouse. And as Brandon mentioned, the 3PL Central is a warehouse management system. So each 3PL may have a different WMS system in the backend. So again, the question is how do they communicate? How do they integrate? What is their protocols that they support? And most 3PL support a wide range of different formats. So that’s what we need to know. And then, of course, how your ERP or order management system integrates. And then, [inaudible] is part of what [inaudible] offers is our ipass or integrator IO, as it’s known, is can transform that different formats so they can communicate with each other. As far as a project team, you usually obviously want somebody on from the [inaudible] team part of that, you want to also have some in-house folks such as your network administrators, and your order management system. So if you have [inaudible], obviously, the brand was part of that project, and you may also have other partners who want to be involved in that. And then there is just sort of this checklist. I won’t go through all of these but this information will be made available to you. But just some of the ways that you’ll need to go as far as the documentation of how you communicate, how are you going to map between the systems. And then, I think the one I do want to bring up is the user [inaudible] testing, meaning what type of test– you really do need to kind of go through all your different scenarios of what you’re going to support, what you might expect the order to look like. Are you going to support back orders? Are you going to partially ship? Are you going to– how is cancelations going to work? So to actually work through all those before you go lives. So as Brandon mentioned, if you’re also going to live and you get 300 or 500 orders– we just recently had a customer who did a lot of flash sale and ended up with 3,000 orders in about 15 minutes. So again, you have to be sure you’ve covered all your bases, and you don’t want to have to manually have to fix a lot of orders when you do those type of sales. So it’s important that you’ve done all your testing and, obviously, training and it’s associated with how to handle those type of situations. And that’s, I think, about it. Next slide. So Ebru, I’m going to hand it back to you for any questions. Yeah. Thank you very much, Chris. And those were great insights around 3PL management, so thank you, Brent, and thank you, Brandon. So now, if you have any questions, please type them in the chat window and we’ll be answering them. So first question I have is for you, Chris. So when is a good time to start with automating 3PL business processes? Anytime, in my opinion. But I think the biggest thing is, once your order volume starts getting to the point where you have somebody dedicated just to manually work with these orders– I mean, Brent was talking about some of that, the experiences they had of somebody having to enter in orders one at a time or these called sneaker net, basically carrying it from one system to the other. This day and age and if you want to be competitive, you really do need to look at automating things right away. But usually, the thing to focus in on is what is taking a lot of time and where it can get returned value. One thing we often recommend is, for example, if somebody doesn’t have a lot of SKU and items that they’re managing and they don’t add new items all that often, probably don’t need to automate items because you can maybe enter that information in both systems since you don’t do that many. But if you have a book of 10 thousand items you’d probably want to automate it. So it really depends on your own business. Great. Thank you so much. We have an interesting question here. What is the difference between your– sorry. What is the difference between 3PL Central and a WMS with an ERP? I believe this question is for Brandon. Yeah. This is a great question and one we get a lot. The biggest differentiation that I see out there is that a lot of WMSs especially WMSs that are tied within an N-ERP are intended for customers that own their own inventory, right? Our WMS is focused on 3PL, so it’s got a lot of the workflows that you’re not going to see from some of those other WMSs like assigning inventory to a customer and, specifically, billing that customer for that inventory, for storing that inventory, for pick and pack services whatever those 3PL warehouse is doing to generate revenue, that’s often not supported well via a traditional [inaudible]. You know, Brandon, also what 3PLs do a lot of other services like monogramming or adding flyers into boxes or a lot of other services that are outside of just pick and pack. So that’s also something. You know, value add services like that that you wouldn’t have in a ERP. Correct. Yeah. That’s a great point, Chris. Okay great. So another question is, what are the benefits of working with– sorry. What are the benefits of outsourcing inventory storage and fulfillment? So this question is for Brent. I would say one of the benefits is– like for specialty incentives, that’s not our specialty. We’re not great at managing that warehouse and that’s a lot of inventory to hang on to, to be in charge of, to count. And so, for us, it was it just really made sense to hire a third party to handle that for us business-wise. Plus someone else is really good at that and we are really good at selling promotional products. Thank you, Brent. And I believe this question would be for Chris. So how easy it is to manage to integrations? Do I need to maintain technical staff? Yeah. So that’s another good question. So the goal of integrator IO, which is our iPass platform, is to make sure that a non-technical person can manage all their integrations and all their touchpoints and see those in the same sort of format. So we provide the ability for real-time notifications when there is an error, and so you can e-mail it out to whoever needs to know about that. We provide the ability to subscribe to different data flows. So if finance needs to subscribe to anything around invoicing, they can get notified when something’s wrong or if the logistics manager needs to know about when a shipment error comes in. So they can see that. So again we try and put the tools and the power in the hands of the business owners who need to know and fix something, and they don’t need to be a programmer. We do provide a lot of out-of-the-box type connectors to some of the most common e-commerce systems like Magento and Shopify and also CRMs like Salesforce. So again, those could be done by any business analyst person or the business owner. And there’s no programming involved, so we try and make it as easy and seamless as possible to be able to have that. But I think the most important thing is, you have the same look and feel no matter what you’re integrating to so you can kind of understand and learn the system and be able to manage your integrations with one person. Everyone is especially is doing right now. Thank you, Chris. So there is another question. So how’s the shipment confirmation from the 3PL communicated to NetSuite? Does it create the NetSuite item fulfillment and so commits the stock movement and keep the inventory in the ERP system up to date? Brandon, you want to take that? Or I can. I don’t mind. That sounds like a good one for you, Chris. Sure. So what happens when a warehouse pick packs and ships, and they’ll probably maybe use a common carrier like UPS. They’ll get a tracking number associated with that. What happens is, that information, we get either notified from the 3PL or we pull the data on a scheduled basis to say what is shipped in the last 15 minutes type of thing. What we do is, yes, we look up that order that shipped and create a item fulfillment in NetSuite or in Acumatica. Again, they have a shipment record too. So it doesn’t really matter with the ERP, but we create that shipment from that original order of what shipped, how many shipped, when it shipped, and then the associated tracking numbers. So as far as the notifications, again, we see a lot of different scenarios. So for example, some 3PLs will pull the orders directly from, say, a Shopify, bring it in, and then let Shopify know, and then that they’ll send out the notifications to it. And then we just sort of pull on the backend to NetSuite for the accounting purposes. But the other way we often see it is, we pull in that information into NetSuite depending if you’re multi-channel. Then once that item fulfillment is depending on which channel that came from, be it Amazon or Shopify or wherever you may need to send that out or eBay, we then upload that information to that marketplace. So then they would notify to the original consumer that their order is shipped which is preferred by a lot of the marketplaces that they want to have that face to their customer so that all the notifications always come out of that marketplace. I mean, even, if somebody buys something there, comes into your warehouse, gets pick pack and ship, it is like a drop-ship is what the common term for that directly to the customer, but it looks like it’s coming from Walmart. But in reality, it’s coming from somewhere else. And then we have to let Walmart know it’s shipped and the confirmation number, and then Walmart will send it out. So that’s the most common thing we see. But again, if you want to send out notifications from NetSuite, you certainly can. It does have the capability to do that, email notifications. But again, most customers want to see that same format, and the same location of wherever they bought it is where they receive that notifications as far as, “Yes, you got my order, and yes, it’s shipped.” Hope that answered the question. Yes. Thank you. No easy answers [laughter]. Yeah. So another question I have here is– I believe this is for Brandon. So what is the biggest challenge you see 3PL providers face when they’re processing orders from their customers? I think the biggest challenge specifically when it comes to order processing is the variety of sources that orders can come from. So if you think that about 3PL who’s got 20 customers, those 20 customers might have 20 different order sources. Right? And so one of them– some of them are using NetSuite. Some of them are connecting directly via Shopify. Some of them are using EDI. Chris talked about EDI a little bit earlier. And so that’s the challenge is taking all of these disparate order sources and feeding them into one single location and being able to say to your customer as a 3PL when a seller or a merchant comes to you, in evaluating you as a 3PL, saying, “Yes, we can connect to that.” We’ve heard from our customer base that this kind of technology integration and automation question often comes up before the logistics process questions like, “How quickly do you pick pack and ship?” That kind of thing. The question is, “Can you integrate to my order source? Have you integrated to my order source before?” And so that sort of technological complexity hasn’t really increased over the past 5 or 10 years. Thank you, Brandon.
