Orders

Orders exported from Stripe are imported into NetSuite as invoice and cash sale records.

If the email field is populated in Stripe, the customer’s record will also be created or updated in NetSuite. An invoice will then be created in NetSuite using the customer record.

 

Charges

Charge transactions received on Stripe creates an invoice and cash sale record in NetSuite. Sales orders from NetSuite can also be imported to Stripe as charges.

 

Refunds

Refunds from Stripe are recorded as a credit memo and cash refund in NetSuite.
