Introducing New Error Management Module

This year, Celigo University launched live instructor-led training in keeping with the university’s mission to provide all the tools, resources, and training needed to help users learn about Celigo’s products. Starting November 10, the Live Training Series is adding a new module focused on Error Management, which will be hosted multiple times throughout the month.

New Error Management Live Training

This new course reviews’s Error Management capabilities, especially Error Management 2.0, which is a new paradigm for handling integration error tasks more efficiently and effectively. If you have not already upgraded or had your account upgraded to Error Management 2.0, we encourage you to do so by following the directions on this page.

Each Error Management session is free to all users, but we encourage a fundamental understanding of for attendees. Our Fundamentals Overview session offers guidance for new users. Error Management Course Description

The platform lists flow errors in several locations in the product. Addressing these errors is crucial to building and running successful flows.

Attendees to this Error Management session will learn:

  • Where to locate error messaging throughout
  • How to identify and resolve some examples of common errors
  • Best practices for when to retry an error, resolve the error, or rerun the whole flow
