We’re seeking a Solutions Consultant to support our Sales team in driving new customer acquisition and delivering meaningful business outcomes. In this pre-sales role, you’ll help prospects understand how Celigo can become the foundation for their integration, automation, and digital transformation goals.

As the technical counterpart in the sales cycle, you’ll assist with discovery, help shape integration strategies, and deliver tailored product demonstrations that inspire confidence. You’ll also support conversations around automation opportunities, helping customers visualize new efficiencies through connected systems. Your role will contribute to winning new business and supporting scalable, repeatable solution delivery across APIs, EDI, integrations, and more. 

What would you do, if hired?

  • Participate in technical discovery sessions to understand integration, automation, and data needs
  • Assist in designing scalable integration and API-led solutions tailored to customer goals
  • Deliver product demonstrations that address both technical and business priorities
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to shape deal strategy and drive customer alignment
  • Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering based on real-world scenarios
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of demo assets, reusable templates, and technical enablement materials
  • Help identify additional opportunities for integration and automation within the customer environment
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth, high-impact pre-sales process

Who are we looking for?

Skills & Abilities

  •  Able to contribute within complex sales cycles involving cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Interest in the role of AI and automation in enterprise workflows, including where it can create value

Education & Experience 

  • Experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, software implementation, or technical customer-facing roles
  • Exposure to business systems such as ERP, CRM, eCommerce, WMS, or 3PL platforms
  • Comfortable discussing cloud integrations, APIs, or automation use cases with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Familiarity with integration or messaging protocols such as REST, SOAP, EDI (X12/EDIFACT), Webhooks, or FTP/SFTP
  • Experience supporting SaaS sales cycles, particularly with platform or integration-focused products
  • Exposure to iPaaS, API management tools, data flows, or B2B integration workflows
  • Familiarity with business challenges in areas such as financial automation, subscription billing, inventory management, order orchestration, or project delivery
  • Experience supporting the creation of repeatable solution patterns or sales collateral

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $100,000 and $125,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
