Celigo is looking for a Sr. Solutions Consultant (APAC) who will serve as the technical counterpart to our regional sales team, working closely with customers, partners, and prospects across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, and Japan. You’ll help qualify and close deals, scope client requirements, and deliver compelling product demonstrations — bringing both deep integration expertise and a genuinely forward-thinking approach to AI-powered automation. This role sits at the intersection of technology and business transformation, and the best candidate will be as excited about what’s next in AI as they are about solving today’s integration challenges.
What would you do if hired?
- Serve as the technical counterpart to our regional sales team, supporting deal qualification, requirements discovery, and strategic consulting sessions with customers and partners across the APAC region.
- Design and deliver customized product demos and proof of concepts — including AI-powered automation scenarios — for virtual and on-site client engagements.
- Leverage AI tools and Celigo’s intelligent automation platform to accelerate solution design, demo creation, and POC delivery, actively exploring how generative AI can improve your own workflows.
- Champion Celigo’s runtime AI and intelligent automation capabilities in customer conversations, helping prospects understand the transformative business value of AI-driven integration.
- Architect repeatable, scalable integration solutions across eCommerce and business ecosystems, including NetSuite, SAP, Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, Amazon, QuickBooks, Zoho, Zuora, and more.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, intelligent automation, and cloud integration — bringing fresh perspectives and emerging best practices to your team and your customers.
- Align with Product and R&D teams to share customer feedback, influence future roadmaps, and provide input on AI feature development and platform direction.
- Mentor and coach the sales team on the technical aspects of Celigo’s platform, including AI and automation capabilities.
- Contribute to and develop sales enablement collateral, presentations, and thought leadership content that positions Celigo as the leader in intelligent automation.
- Participate in webinars, conferences, and speaking engagements, representing Celigo’s vision for the future of integration and AI-driven automation.
- Be the voice of the customer internally, helping shape product strategy and the roadmap for AI-powered features.
- Act as a subject matter expert on cross-functional projects and serve as a resource for the broader Sales organization during presales discussions.

- Hands-on comfort with AI tools, including generative AI, AI-assisted development, and intelligent automation platforms, with an eagerness to incorporate them into your daily workflows and client conversations.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling business value narratives for both executive and technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated experience engaging diverse stakeholders across cultures and time zones.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Collaborative team player who can work both independently and as part of a broader cross-functional team across globally distributed offices.
Education & Experience
- At least 3 years of combined experience in enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, or sales/solutions engineering.
- Prior hands-on experience with one or more ERPs — Oracle NetSuite, SAP Business One, SAP ByDesign, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- Experience with workflow automation and integrations between cloud applications or between cloud and on-premise systems.
- Proficiency with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, EDI, and Web Services.
- Experience working with AI-powered platforms or tools, including familiarity with generative AI and its business applications, is a strong plus.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role based in or serving the APAC region; familiarity with business practices across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, and Japan is preferred.
