SuiteCloud 2010 – Recap

Thanks to all those who attended SuiteCloud 2010 – the annual NetSuite partner conference! We appreciate all our sponsor participation and partner turnout of over 500 attendees. In case you are a NetSuite partner who wasn’t able to attend, here’s what you missed:

Zach Nelson, CEO of NetSuite, kicked off the conference with a special launch event on Wednesday night. He announced SuiteCloud 2.0 and partnerships with Amazon and Google. For a full list of announcements made at the conference visit our press page.

Additionally, Iron Solutions showed up to introduce their new NetSuite-based vertical solution for the agricultural equipment industry, complete with tractor in tow. To check out some pics of the tractor in front of the Intercontinental Hotel, click here.

The conference sessions started Thursday with addresses from Craig West, VP Channel Sales; Marc Huffman, SVP of World Wide Sales and Guido Haarmans, VP Developer Network. The next two days were filled with keynotes by Founder Evan Goldberg, Analyst, Brian Sommer and breakout tracks covering everything from technical sessions to sales and marketing.

Thursday night the awards ceremony was in full swing, complete with paparazzi and a surprise appearance by the Jollibee himself to accept the inaugural Hairball Awards for customers! To learn more about the Hairball Awards, click here.
