Jan Arendtsz is a veteran of the software industry with more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, product development, and customer success. He founded Celigo with the goal of simplifying how companies integrate business applications together for a connected enterprise. He is responsible for overseeing all company operations.
Prior to Celigo, Jan was a Director at NetSuite, the leading cloud-based ERP platform, where he launched their integration platform. Prior to that, Jan worked for Cambridge Technology Partners, where he implemented complex business solutions for a multitude of customers ranging from Internet startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Jan holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin.

Steve Sutter brings to Celigo over 20 years senior financial and operational leadership experience within high growth, business to business, software and SaaS companies. He is responsible for accounting, finance, legal, HR and business operations teams at Celigo. Most recently Steve spent seven years serving as CFO of Egnyte, a SaaS content services platform, where he helped lead the company from early stage through 100 million in recurring revenue.
Prior to that he has held CFO roles at Eye-Fi, Elance, and Netfish Technologies; he started his career with KPMG in San Jose.
Steve holds a Bachelor’s of Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in Accounting and is Certified Public Accountant, inactive.

Scott Henderson has worked in the enterprise software space since 2003, focusing largely on emerging technologies and applying them to business software integration problems.
Scott was Celigo’s first engineer and has since led the company through multiple technology shifts. He is always reading and toying with new ideas and loves working with talented developers that have a knack for both engineering and design. Scott currently oversees Celigo’s product engineering operations along with Celigo’s product technology strategy.
Scott holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Shane comes to Celigo from OpenLegacy, where he launched the company into the North American market. At OpenLegacy, Shane owned sales, pre-sales, customer success, solutions engineering, and marketing functions and was responsible for go-to-market strategy, commercial modeling, hiring, and enablement in standing up and operationalizing the NA team.
Prior to OpenLegacy, Shane spent four years at Talend, where he was SVP/GM of the Americas. During his time at Talend, Shane led the Americas Team to be the top region globally while growing NA to represent nearly half of Talend’s annual revenues. In addition to his time in the integration space, Shane spent ten years at Verint systems in several sales and services leadership roles. He was responsible for incubating acquired companies before rolling them into the rest of the sales organization’s product portfolio. Shane started his career as a performance management consultant working for boutique consulting companies.
Shane has a BSBA in Marketing from Villanova University (Go Cats!) and MBA from Drexel University.

John Bruggeman is Celigo’s Chief Marketing Officer and heads Celigo’s entire Marketing organization. John has a long track record of leading marketing teams at companies of all sizes that leverage the inflection point to experience explosive growth.
Most recently, as CMO of Nauto, John productized and launched the company’s initial platform product, including packaging, pricing, sales enablement, and demand generation, leading to the acquisition of two of the five largest fleet customers in the world. He envisioned and executed Account Based Marketing programs, including advertising, social media, and email campaigns.
While at Mercury Interactive, Wind River, and Cadence Design, he created categories to capture market leadership. At each of those companies, John’s marketing teams partnered closely with Product and Sales to double the average selling price and revenue in the first 18 months. He has also been the CEO of Traxpay and Lunera.

Rula Kallas has been leading Celigo’s Customer Success department since 2009, having built it into a high performing team that is passionate about customer success.
Rula is responsible for setting the vision and strategy to scale Celigo’s implementation, support, and adoption teams to ensure customers achieve full value with Celigo’s products while sustaining high growth.
Prior to joining Celigo, Rula held a variety of positions, spanning sales and services with industry-leading organizations including NetSuite, Evolve Software, and Ernst & Young.
Rula holds a B.S. degree from Miami University in Ohio.
