Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager

Celigo is looking for a Customer Community and Advocacy Specialist to work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams, and directly with Celigo customers.  As Customer Community Specialist, you will help build and execute world-class customer advocacy programs at Celigo. You will work to identify and source new customer references and product reviews, including manage customer advocacy databases for references, case studies, and other related customer digital assets, and work closely with customers to make it happen. You will work closely to identify and source new customer stories, and help manage customer story production and promotion.

You are a self-starter, strong communicator, and an enthusiastic contributor who works well in fast-paced environments.  This position will report to the VP of Marketing and will also work closely with the Customer Marketing Manager and team of Customer Success Managers.

What would you do, if hired?

  • Build and foster a customer community so that Celigo customers become product Advocates, learn from each other, provide Product feedback and more.
  • Work closely with our Sales and Customer Support teams to identify and recruit customer candidates for Product Reviews, Customer Case Studies, and Event Speakers for marketing activities and sales requests.  
  • Source and verify customer references to speak with prospects - maintain a customer reference tracking system including identification, assignment, tracking and replenishment of sales references. 
  • Create and execute customer product review campaigns across various 3rd party platforms including: G2, Capterra, Salesforce Appexchange, Acumatica, NetSuite and others. 
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to develop, publish and promote new customer assets including case studies, customer testimonial quotes and videos. 
  • Maintain our customer story page, ensuring customer content and advocacy activity is complete and up to date on www.celigo.com.
  • Partner with others in the Marketing team to promote customer content on the website, in digital marketing, in virtual events and elsewhere.
  • Coordinate customer interviews for case studies to gain a deeper understanding of their Celigo use case.  Manage the case study production process to create high-quality content. 

What you will need

  • A passion for customer advocacy and a drive to roll-up your sleeve and get the job done.
  • Experience working directly with customers.
  • Excellent communication skills and instinct as to when and how to communicate with customers.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple ongoing work streams simultaneously.
  • Creative and innovative personality, not afraid to try new things to figure out how to get the best results.
  • Collaborative mindset, comfortable with and can improve upon established processes\
  • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred - to create segmented customer lists for sales reference identification, product reviews candidate identification and for other customer advocacy programs.  
  • Strong attention to detail and familiarity using Excel spreadsheets to diligently maintain customer advocacy databases.

  • Ability to be a team player; instinctively knows when and how to communicate with Customers.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space
