Job Overview
The Senior Product Manager (SPM) – B2B/EDI plays a critical role in expanding Celigo’s EDI and B2B integration capabilities. This role is responsible for driving product vision, roadmap, and execution for our iPaaS-driven B2B integration solutions. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in EDI processes, integration technologies, and trading partner management, ensuring seamless connectivity and automation for customers. This position requires strategic thinking, technical fluency, and strong collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams. A definitive understanding of EDI and B2B integration is essential, along with extensive knowledge of eCommerce workflows and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision
- Lead the development and expansion of Celigo’s EDI and B2B integration capabilities, ensuring alignment with market demands and business objectives.
- Drive innovation by incorporating AI/ML tools into B2B integrations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation in the B2B integration space.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, defining and prioritizing initiatives based on customer needs, competitive trends, and strategic business goals.
Product Development and Execution
- Lead the entire product life cycle for B2B/EDI-related features, from ideation to launch.
- Define and maintain Feature Requirements Documents (FRDs) and user stories to guide engineering teams.
- Work within an Agile development framework, ensuring efficient execution of product deliverables.
- Provide feedback on architecture, design, and priorities, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with engineering teams to define, design, and deliver high-quality EDI and B2B integration products.
- Coordinate product launches with marketing, sales, and customer success teams, ensuring effective go-to-market execution.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for B2B workflows, ERP integrations, and AI-driven solutions, supporting sales and customer success teams in pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Customer Focus
- Engage with customers to understand pain points and simplify the adoption of Celigo’s B2B/EDI solutions.
- Leverage customer insights and data analytics to refine product features and enhance the overall user experience.
- Participate actively in Celigo’s Community, contributing to discussions and sharing product updates.
Risk Management and Problem-Solving
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Provide escalation management, anticipating potential roadblocks and balancing business needs with technical constraints.
- Ensure smooth execution of product initiatives while maintaining agility and adaptability.
Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) is a plus.
Experience
- 8-13 years of relevant experience in product management, software development, or similar roles.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with EDI and B2B integration.
- Strong domain expertise in ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and supply chain ecosystems.
- Prior experience in iPaaS platforms and integration technologies.
- Understanding of the competitive market, including technology vendors and managed service providers in B2B/EDI integration.
- Strong technical background with experience in software architecture and design.

- Hands-on experience with the full life cycle of EDI integrations, including mapping, validations, and compliance on iPaaS platforms.
- Deep knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and trading partner management.
- Understanding of large cloud applications/ecosystems, particularly NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics.
