NetSuite 2019.1 and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

NetSuite 2019.1 and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

If you are not yet required to use two-factor authentication (2FA) for Admin and other highly privileged roles, you will most likely need to switch to 2FA with NetSuite 2019.1 release. As a result, your Celigo integrations may need to use Token-Based Authentication for NetSuite connections.

If you have not yet done so, view the instructions below for enabling token authentication based on your Celigo product (note that the OpenAir-Salesforce Integration App is not impacted by this change):

E-commerce Integration Apps

Other Integration Apps

CloudExtend Products

If you wish to schedule a one-on-one session with Celigo to go over this, click the chat button on this page or else send us an email at netsuite-token@celigo.com.
