Introducing New Flow Builder Series

by Phil Havlik
September 10, 2021

Last year, we launched free online training and certification through Celigo University. In keeping with the university’s mission to provide all the tools, resources, and training needed to help users learn about Celigo’s products, we’re announcing additional online sessions for live instructor-led training.

Flow Builder Series

Beginning on September 15, the Celigo University Live Training series will be starting three new 30-minute courses! These sessions occur throughout the week, so please register by consulting the Celigo University Live Training calendar here.

These courses will look deeper at integrator.io‘s Flow Builder tool, such as adjusting the data in the flow, flow timing, and ensuring the data maps to the correct destination endpoint fields.

While these sessions are open to all, we encourage attendees to have a fundamental understanding of integrator.io as addressed in our Fundamentals Overview session, which will continue to be offered for anyone interested in attending.

integrator.io Flow Builder: Data Resources

First, this session expands further into the Flow Builder tool and the resources available to adjust the data, which proceeds through it.

It will cover:

  • Export type
  • Multiple exports/imports
  • Lookups
  • Field transformation
  • Filters
  • Failed records

integrator.io Flow Builder: Real-Time vs. Scheduled

Next, this session discusses run frequency options for the flows you build. Flows can be set to run at specific intervals, on demand, or anytime records are created or updated.
This session will explore:

  • Creating real-time exports
  • Creating scheduled exports
  • Best practices for selecting options

integrator.io Flow Builder: Advanced Mapping

The Fundamentals session introduced integrator.io and the basics of constructing a flow using standard 1:1 mapping. This latest session focuses on more advanced mapping.

Advanced Mapping ensures that fields are mapped and matched within both endpoints with the right formatting, plus it also provides flexibility with advanced matching and lookups.
This session will explore:

  • Standard mapping / settings
  • Hard coding
  • Lookups:
    • Dynamic
    • Static
  • Multi-field

We look forward to working with you during this session!

Additional Live Instructor-Led Courses

Additionally, our Fundamentals Overview and Fundamentals: APIs and HTTP Communications sessions are still ongoing. These courses provide great introductions to integrator.io and the basics of APIs.

Even more, live instructor-led training sessions are coming soon, so check our Celigo University calendar!
