Our service is a middle ground between typical support and professional services; it includes making changes to your NetSuite account directly, including planning and tracking phased introduction of enhancements, and implementing additional modules of functionality.
  • Understand Your Business: We spend a significant amount of time initially learning your business so that we can be more effective in the long term. Our focus is not just on showing you how to use NetSuite, but how NetSuite can be used for your business.
  • Tracking System: We use Celigo’s Support Case Management module (our instance of NetSuite) so that clients can track their cases. This is typically used to track questions, issues, and enhancements; as a result, this feature provide the mechanism to track SLAs.
  • Assigned Lead Consultant: This individual will be a "project manager" and does most of the work. They may pull in other resources for specialized work, and may have an additional backup consultant.

Engagement Model

We offer the following two engagement models:

  • Retainer Based: Includes a pre-defined number of hours per month. This model offers the highest level of service and the most cost-effective pricing.
  • T&M Based: Pre-purchase a block of hours that can be used on a as-needed basis.
