Back-end Integration

Integrate NetSuite with any other application in your enterprise where an event in one application is replicated in the other system. The integration can be real-time, near real-time, or scheduled to run periodically. Typically used for synchronization of large volumes of data.

Our fully automated integration with our 3rd party fulfillment house Kuehne+Nagel was a mandatory requirement for using NetSuite. Celigo was able to convert our complex requirements into a seamless, automated solution. Instead of dual entry of orders into two systems and having issues with operational logistics, we can now focus on the critical aspects of our business. Examples:

• An external e-commerce application is used to take orders online and these orders are imported into NetSuite in real-time or batch mode.
• Integration with a Licensing Server where NetSuite is used to take orders and the order information is exported from NetSuite into the Licensing Server in real-time in order to generate a license.
  
• Integration with 3rd party fulfillment house where orders from NetSuite are exported as a flat file into the fulfillment house, and shipment confirmations from the fulfillment house are imported back into NetSuite as fulfillment transactions
• Use NetSuite for CRM and order management and another application such as Oracle e-Business for ERP. NetSuite will be the System-Of-Record (SOR) for customer, item, and order information. This data will be exported from NetSuite and imported to the ERP application on a daily basis, and AR/AP data from the ERP application will be imported back into NetSuite.
• Importing new leads, or enriching existing leads
• Updating an item catalog from external sources
