Our philosophy on data migration is simple: if the record type that you need imported is supported through NetSuite's Web Services API, then we can import it.

Standard Imports

Our standard way of performing data imports is to provide our customers with a set of pre-defined standard CSV import templates to be populated. We currently support more than 30 different record types.

We specialize in transaction data imports including the following record types:

• Sales: Sales Orders, Invoices, Cash Sales, Credit Memos, Customer Payments
• Purchase Transactions: Purchase Orders, Bills
• Misc: Journal Entries, Inventory Adjustments, Time Bills, Expenses

Celigo's CSV data migration is built on our Axon Integration Server platform and includes some of the following additional features.

• Lookup references in NetSuite before an attempt is made to import data
• Detailed error reporting that's presented in an easy to read form--such that all failed records are included in a separate file that mirrors the original file but includes an additional column for the specific error message.
• Records are added in batches that are queued. Session management is handled transparently, including automatic recovery is the event that the session is invalidated.

Extraction from External Systems

We can also pull data from any other legacy system including Salesforce.com, Great Plains, AccPac, etc.

Other Solutions

Our Microsoft Excel based SmartClient application will also allow you to manage your data by downloading data directly into a spreadsheet from NetSuite, and updating or adding data into NetSuite.
