Synchronize Customers and Contacts

Users can create quotes and sales orders from Salesforce opportunities with the click of a button, allowing downstream organizations to act instantly and eliminating the need to "walk" information to other departments for redundant data entry. The Connector synchs up the related account and contacts from Salesforce automatically as needed.

Convert Opportunities to Quotes or Sales Orders

Product and pricing updates are propagated instantly from NetSuite to Salesforce, providing the sales force with the most current and accurate product and pricing information. Price levels in NetSuite are converted into Salesforce Price Books, providing the sales force with several pricing options.

    • Quotes: Create a quote in NetSuite in real-time using the Quote button, or create multiple quotes from a single opportunity. The Connector also creates a Quote custom object in Salesforce, along with a PDF representation of the quote that is stored within the Salesforce quote, which the sales rep can email directly from Salesforce. It also supports line-item level discounts, subscription terms, and similar features.
    • Sales Orders: The Sales Order button creates a sales order in NetSuite in real-time. Subsequent updates to the opportunity can also be configured to update the NetSuite Sales Order, depending on its status.

Back Office Visibility from within Salesforce

NetSuite FinancialsThe Celigo Connector lets your sales force monitor orders as they move through fulfillment and billing. You can monitor in real time subsequent related customer financial transactions such as customer payments, credits, and refunds, and you can also access the latest account financials.

Configuration Mapping

The business objects and data fields between NetSuite and Salesforce are mapped through a graphical user interface, which is implemented directly within NetSuite.

All NetSuite record types supported through the SuiteTalk interface are fully supported, as is the ability to map custom fields, hierarchical data types and other objects.  This interface enables business users to make changes to the integration without the help of a programmer. For example, if a new custom field is added to the sales order record type in NetSuite, it can then easily be mapped to a field in the corresponding Salesforce Opportunity record type from within the user interface.

Monitoring

Integration activity is logged directly inside NetSuite with the ability to specify summary or detailed logging. The
detailed logging occurs at the record level, and includes the ability to click through from the summary. A custom dashboard with portlets, KPIs, meters, and graphs are installed out-of-the-box.

Preconfigured alerts are provided through the standard NetSuite alert functionality. With a few clicks, administrators can configure the alerts to suit the needs of their enterprise.

On-Demand

Hosting the solution on world-class infrastructure, Celigo monitors and supports this Connector to ensure that it runs uninterrupted. This includes ensuring that the integration is always compatible with the current versions of NetSuite and Salesforce. When these SaaS applications release new versions, the Connector is proactively updated (if needed) and any problems are addressed. Updates also occur immediately upon discovery of a problem, regardless of whether it is part of a new Salesforce or NetSuite release or not.

Additionally, the subscription entitles you to receive the latest version of the connector automatically, as soon as it becomes available, ensuring that you benefit from new features and improvements.
