increased productivity through an integrated Mac platform with
NetSuite.
And now, since Microsoft Office version 11.2.3, Entourage
can also be synchronized with NetSuite without the need for
additional third-party tools.
Need to sync your NetSuite data with your iPhone? With NetSyncX,
there is no need for yet another sync application, since all
your NetSuite data is already on your Mac, and will synchronize
seamlessly with your iPhone.
Key Features
NetSyncX provides synchronization between NetSuite and
the Mac for calendaring, tasks, contacts and e-mail. The
application accesses NetSuite via the SuiteFlex Web Services
interface, using your usual NetSuite login credentials.
NetSyncX provides the link between the Apple iSync
technology and NetSuite, enabling other iSync-enabled
applications and devices to keep in sync with your NetSuite
data. So now you can get your NetSuite calendar and contacts
into Apple iCal and Apple Address Book, or carry it with you in
your iSync-enabled PDA, phone or iPod!
Calendar Events & Tasks
NetSyncX supports a bi-directional synchronization of Calendar
Events and Tasks between NetSuite and the Mac for Apple iCal or
Microsoft Entourage. Recurring events in NetSuite are
synchronized accurately to your Mac. One-way synchronization of
public Resource and Employee calendars are supported for Apple
iCal only.
Contacts
NetSyncX supports a one-way synchronization of Address Book
Contacts from NetSuite into the Apple Address Book or Microsoft
Entourage. With a simple click of the mouse, you can now upload
selected contacts from NetSuite to your Mac.
E-mail
Integrating the E-mail application with NetSuite is high
on many Mac users' agenda. With NetSyncX, you can select an email in Apple Mail or Microsoft Entourage, and save the
message details to NetSuite. The message can be associated with a contact, customer, opportunity or support case in NetSuite. Email attachments are also supported seamlessly.
So now you can keep the rest of
your business in sync with the interactions you have with your
customers.

than one computer, as long as you use the same NetSuite e-mail

Since new features are continually being introduced, each
time a new version of NetSuite is introduced, NetSyncX may need

NetSyncX updates for one year.
