• Import Sales Orders/Customers into NetSuite: Orders taken in Amazon are imported into NetSuite automatically. If a matching customer is not found, a new customer is created in NetSuite.
• Export Fulfillments to Amazon: As orders are fulfilled in NetSuite, the fulfillment transactions are exported to Amazon so that the shopper has full visibility into the current orders status.
• Export Items to Amazon (coming soon!): Retailers can easily designate which items from NetSuite are pushed to Amazon, making it easy for you to create/update your Amazon product catalog.
• Export Inventory Levels to Amazon (coming soon!): Inventory levels in Amazon are continuously updated with current inventory levels in NetSuite, ensuring that orders placed can actually be fulfilled.

NetSuite User Interface

The Amazon Connector provides a familiar NetSuite user interface that is deployed directly in your NetSuite account using NetSuite's SuiteBundler, and uses a combination of Suitelets, SuiteScripts, custom portlets, alerts, and other features that make for a rich user experience. So managing the Amazon and NetSuite integration doesn't require you to learn how to use or maintain an entirely new 3rd party application; everything you need to know about the Amazon-NetSuite integration will be available in either your Amazon Seller Central account, or in your NetSuite account.

Configuration & Mapping

The mapping of data fields from an Amazon record type to a NetSuite record type is achieved through an intuitive user interface within your NetSuite account. This includes the ability to map custom fields, hierarchical data types, etc. This interface allows business users to make changes to the integration without having to make changes to the code. For example, if Amazon introduces a new field on the sales order record, this field can easily be mapped to a standard or custom field in the NetSuite sales order record type with a few clicks.

Monitoring

Monitor every aspect of this integration from the context of a single NetSuite dashboard—one page offering complete visibility including custom portlets, KPIs, meters, and graphs. Integration activity is logged directly inside NetSuite with the ability to specify summary or detailed logging. The summary logging occurs at the job level, capturing the details of the import/export. The detailed logging occurs at the record level, and includes the ability to click through from the summary.

No time to keep track of everything?  Enable email alerts to watch for integration failures and checkpoints, or schedule a report to keep track of your integration’s throughput. With a few clicks, administrators can configure these alerts to suit the needs of their enterprise.

On-Demand

The Amazon Connector is designed to run as a Celigo hosted service. Celigo will monitor and support the Connector to ensure that it runs uninterrupted, including ensuring that it will always be compatible with NetSuite and Amazon updates. When either application makes an update, the Connector will be automatically updated as well (if needed) to fix any problems in a proactive manner.  Updates also occur immediately upon discovery of a problem. Additionally, the subscription entitles you to receive the latest version of the Connector automatically when it becomes available, ensuring that you benefit from new and improved features.

• User interface is installed from a SuiteBundle directly to your NetSuite account.  These interfaces are fully customizable.
• Communication with NetSuite is facilitated through NetSuite's SuiteTalk SOAP-based web services and is encrypted using SSL.
