Agility
Our methodology is based on agile implementation concepts. The construction phase typically utilizes an iterative model, starting with a core Proof-of-Concept (POC). Depending on the scope of the project, there will be several such iterations, where each iteration will result in a usable module.
Planning & Collaboration
We value interactions and want to keep you in the loop as much as we can without taking too much of your valuable time.
We start with a project plan so that you know the timelines and the important milestones. We provide complete visibility on how the work is progressing, what's been accomplished, and more importantly what's remaining. This is communicated through weekly meetings and status reports that also cover any impeding issues and any decisions that may be required. This ensures that you collaborate with us throughout the project, and make adjustments if necessary.
Adaptive & Efficient
Our goal is to be as efficient as possible and we take full advantage of predictability and repeatability across projects. Generally suited for larger projects, we can adapt and apply our methodology to the smallest project in such a way that the process does not overwhelm the task at hand.
Fixed (Low) Cost
To mitigate client risk, and also pass on some of the efficiencies gained from our methodology to our clients, we provide a fixed-price, fixed-time approach to projects.
