Job Openings: NetSuite Implementation Consultant

We're hiring both entry-level and senior NetSuite Implementation Consultants. Celigo is a leading solution providers for NetSuite—the leading provider of on-demand, integrated business management software for growing and midsize businesses. This role will be responsible for managing clients in both pre-sales and post-sales environments.

This position will assist in growing, developing, and managing the Professional Services group as well as defining consulting projects, arranging work, staffing teams, achieving profitability goals, developing personnel and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

    • Responsible for the business process analysis and engineering; implementation—including setup, configuration and customization; training; and overall client management of our NetSuite clients.
    • In conjunction with other Celigo consultants, this individual will assess customer implementation needs, craft innovative solutions that span different subject matter domains, and implement these plans to the customer's satisfaction.
    • Lead multiple engagements, interacting directly with senior level client personnel both in the implementation as well as project execution. Must be comfortable managing a significant number of clients concurrently with aggressive timelines. We practice a lightweight project management methodology based on milestones.
    • Be the voice of the customer internally by constantly providing feedback on how to improve our services.

Ideal Candidate (Qualifications):

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or other related disciplines. MBA is preferred.
    • Approximately 1-5 years experience in enterprise applications, ideally in consulting, enterprise software implementation, or business process consulting.
    • Experience in change management and business process analysis.
    • Ability to translate customer business requirements into business solutions, either as a software solution or a re-engineering initiative.
    • Excellent client management skills and the ability to execute on an implementation plan.
    • Previous consulting experience with any of the following applications is a bonus: QuickBooks, Great Plains, SalesForce.com, MAS family of products, Lawson, Siebel, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards.
    • Excellent understanding of business practices as related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Sales Force Management (Opportunity, Proposal, Sales Orders, Forecasting, territory management and Quotas), Inventory Management (Purchasing and Fulfillment), Marketing Campaigns and Web presence (Net or e-Commerce, Shopping carts, Website layout), and Customer Support (Cases Management and Territory Management).
    • Must be technically savvy, ideally with some knowledge of technical concepts such as integration, workflow automation, HTML, etc.
    • Prior exposure to pre-sales activity is preferred.
    • Formal project management experience is a bonus.
    • Ability to handle a variety of different projects simultaneously, and capable of managing multiple deadlines. Ability to take direction and work independently.
