The Yahoo ship method mappings match a shipping method configured in NetSuite to a ship method configured in the Yahoo store manager. The ship method mappings must be completed before your Yahoo integration can import orders successfully.
To configure a ship method mapping, go to Setup->Customization->Record Types from the NetSuite menu bar, and choose “List” on the “Yahoo! Ship Method Mappings” record type. You will see all mappings you’ve configured so far. Click “New Record to create a new mapping.
In the “Yahoo! Value” text box enter the name of the Yahoo ship method as seen in the Yahoo store manager. In the “NetSuite Internal Id” text field enter the internal ID of the NetSuite ship item record. To find this internal ID, go to “Lists->Accounting->Shipping Items” to see the list of ship methods in your account. Copy the internal ID for the ship method which matches the Yahoo ship method and paste it into the new record.
