Re-ordering Line Items

The Celigo SmartClient can be used to quickly and easily re-order line items on an existing record.

For example, you want to re-order the items on the following sales order:

The Sales Order

First, retrieve the record in the SmartClient using either the Get Records or the Search option. The sales order loads in the SmartClient as shown below:

Then, drag and drop the values in the line item cells so that the lines are displayed in the desired order. Be sure to include all data for a line when you re-order so that items and prices are not incorrectly mixed.

Once you are finished, click the Update button on the tool bar to save the re-ordered sales order back to NetSuite.
