Sync Customers

When an account is created or updated in Salesforce, the information is automatically sent from Salesforce to NetSuite, enabling downstream organizations to use the latest customer information.

Sync Products and Pricing

Product and pricing updates are propagated instantly from NetSuite to Salesforce, providing the sales team with the most current and accurate product and pricing information. Price levels in NetSuite are converted into Salesforce Price Books, providing the sales force with several pricing options.

Convert Opportunities to Estimates or Sales Orders

Estimates or sales orders can be created from Salesforce opportunities with the click of a button, enabling downstream organizations to act instantly on orders and eliminating the need to copy, print, or otherwise “walk” information to another department for data re-entry.

Back Office Visibility from Within Salesforce

Using the Celigo Salesforce-NetSuite Connector, your sales team can monitor the processing details of an order as it moves through fulfillment and billing. Related customer financial transactions, such as credits and refunds, can be monitored in real time, and the latest account financials are also accessible. This extended visibility from Salesforce into NetSuite enables sales reps to better manage the entire customer relationship, beyond the original sale, and increase profitability, customer satisfaction, and customer retention.
