You can set preferences for how contacts are synchronized as a part of the Setup Assistant.
Sync Direction
NetSyncX only supports one-way synchronization of contacts.
Address Book Group
The NetSuite contacts will be synchronized with the selected Mac Address Book group. We recommend creating a new Mac Address Book group for NetSuite.
Filters
By default all contacts are synced. Configure filters to focus on a subset of contacts.
To add a contact category, go to Setup > Sales > CRM Lists > Contact Category in NetSuite
