All Day Events
The above diagram shows the additional mapping between the NetSuite and iCal fields for all day events.
Check the ‘all-day’ box in iCal to create a NetSuite event with the ‘All Day event’ flag checked and the start and end times set to 8:00am and 6:00pm, respectively. Conversely, checking the ‘All Day event’ flag in NetSuite creates an iCal all-day event.
Recurring Events
The above diagram shows the additional mapping between the NetSuite and iCal fields for recurring events.
iCal supports two types of recurring events (repeat n times and repeat until date), whereas NetSuite supports one type (repeat until date). When creating recurring events in iCal for synchronization with NetSuite, specify an end date rather than a number of times recurrence.
