To configure NetSyncX with NetSuite, you need to enable SuiteTalk Web Services (only an administrator can do this). You also need to know your NetSuite Account ID (any user can access this info).

Enable Web Services Log into NetSuite as the Administrator, and go to Setup > Company > Enable Features. On the SuiteFlex tab, check the Web Services box, and click Save. |
