NetSyncX requires exclusive access to the iCal calendars it is synchronizing with. On first synchronization, NetSyncX will remove all events or tasks in its configured iCal calendars. Therefore, it is recommended that you create a new calendar in iCal for NetSyncX two-way synchronization instead of reusing an existing calendar.
NetSyncX also allows one-way synchronization of additional NetSuite resource and employee calendars. Create a new iCal calendar for each additional NetSuite calendar.
To create a new calendar in iCal:

Click the ‘+’ buttonOpen iCal, and then click the ‘+’ icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the iCal window. |

Name the group Enter a name for the new calendar (e.g. NetSuite), and press Enter on the keyboard. |
Note: There may be occasions when iCal is incorrectly updated after synchronization. If this happens, quit and restart iCal.
