Adding an Address Book Group

NetSyncX requires exclusive access to the Address Book group it is synchronizing with. On first synchronization, NetSyncX will remove all contacts in its configured Address Book group. Therefore, it is recommended that you create a new group in Address Book for NetSyncX synchronization instead of reusing an existing group.

To create a new group in Address Book:

click_address Click the ‘+’ button
Open Address Book, and click the ‘+’ icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the Address Book window.
   
group_address Name the group
Enter a name for the new group (e.g. NetSuite), and press Enter on the keyboard.
   

Note: There may be occasions when Address Book is incorrectly updated after synchronization. If this happens, quit and restart Address Book.
