Granting Custom Record Permissions

CloudExtend will create a Custom Record named Google Control Panel in your account. During the installation, CloudExtend will grant all standard roles with view permissions to this record. However, as the installation cannot update Custom Roles you may have created in your account, you will need to grant these permissions manually if any of the CloudExtend users are assigned those custom roles.

To do so, go to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles

Select the Custom Role you wish to modify and click Edit.

On the Permissions sub tab, click on Custom Records. In the list of records, select Celigo Google Control panel, then  select View as the Level.

GCP_permissions

If you are using CloudExtend Gdocs component, grant the same permissions to the following Custom Records as well.

  • Celigo GoogleDoc
  • Celigo GoogleDoc Association

Default Subsidiary for OneWolrd Accounts

If you are using CloudExtend Google Contacts on a NetSuite OneWorld account, you need specify a subsidiary to be assigned to Contacts created in Google.
To do this, go to: Setup > Customization > Record Types
Locate the record labeled Celigo Google Control Panel and click on “List”.
Click Edit next to the listed record.
From the Google Contacts sub tab, select the Default Subsidiary for New Contact.
When importing new contacts from Google to NetSuite, CloudExtend will create those contacts under the default subsidiary. The setting has no impact on contacts that you create in NetSuite.
