Import Sales Orders and Customers into NetSuite
Orders taken in ChannelAdvisor are imported to NetSuite automatically. By default, all unshipped orders are imported after checkout is complete and payment is submitted, and the sales order is attached to the customer’s record in NetSuite. If a corresponding customer record is not matched based on the buyer’s email address, a new customer record is created. Click here for more details.
Export Fulfillments to ChannelAdvisor
As orders are fulfilled in NetSuite, the fulfillment transactions are exported to ChannelAdvisor so that the shopper has full visibility into the current order status. Partial fulfillments are included, and the tracking number for each order is exported to ChannelAdvisor. Click here for more details.
Export Inventory Quantities to ChannelAdvisor
Inventory levels in ChannelAdvisor are continuously updated with current inventory levels in NetSuite, ensuring that orders placed can actually be fulfilled. The integration supports exporting available inventory quantities from one or more NetSuite locations. Click here for more details.
Export Item Data to ChannelAdvisor
Retailers can easily designate which items from NetSuite are sold in ChannelAdvisor, making it easy for you to update your ChannelAdvisor item listings with changes to descriptions or pricing in NetSuite.
