Overview

Welcome to the Celigo Magento Connector. With this time-saving solution, you can take advantage of the following automated flows:

Sales Orders Imported to NetSuite

Orders taken in Magento are imported into NetSuite automatically. For credit card orders, the credit card processing can occur entirely on the Magento store before the order is imported into NetSuite. Alternatively, the credit card can be authorized in Magento, and the authorization code then imported on the NetSuite order. With this option, the credit card is captured in NetSuite after the order has been fulfilled. Click here for more details.

Customers Imported to NetSuite

If a matching customer is not found based on the email address on the incoming order, a new customer record is created in NetSuite. For guest shoppers, basic customer info taken from the sales order is populated on the NetSuite customer record. For registered customers (i.e., users with a Magento customer account), the Magento customer profile data is also stored on the NetSuite customer record. Click here for more details.

Fulfillments Exported to Magento

As orders are fulfilled in NetSuite, the fulfillment transactions are exported to Magento so that the shopper has full visibility into the current order status. Partial fulfillments are supported by the integration, and the tracking number for each shipment is exported to Magento. Click here for more details.

Billing Data Exported to Magento

For orders that need to be invoiced in NetSuite, billing data is exported to Magento so that the shopper can see they he or she has been billed. Click here for more details.

Item Data Exported to Magento

Retailers can designate which items from NetSuite are sold in Magento, making it easy for you to update your Magento product catalog with changes you make to descriptions or pricing in your NetSuite item master. All NetSuite item types are supported by the integration, as well as price levels and quantity pricing. Click here for more details.

Inventory Levels Exported to Magento

Inventory levels in Magento are continuously updated with current inventory levels in NetSuite, ensuring that orders placed can actually be fulfilled. The integration supports exporting available inventory quantities from one or more NetSuite locations. Click here for more details.

Items Exported to Magento (Real-Time)

Retailers can designate which items from NetSuite are sold in Magento, making it easy for you to update your Magento product catalog with changes you make to descriptions or pricing in your NetSuite item master. Create and update items in Magento, manage their categories and attributes, and upload tier prices and image data every time you save an item record. The integration can also import item data from Magento into NetSuite for a reverse sync. Click here for more details.

Customers Exported to Magento

Export customers created in NetSuite to Magento as soon as you save the record. The integration will also export address data, the customer’s new password and Magento Customer Group. Click here for more details.

Magento Connector Plus

Celigo also offers the Magento Connector Plus product for customers that want to take their Magento integration one step further. The Magento Connector Plus uses a proprietary Magento extension to go beyond the standard Magento API and power the following automated flows:

Orders Exported to Magento

Exports orders created in NetSuite to Magento as soon as the record is saved. The exported orders are compatible with the existing Billing and Shipping syncs. Click here for more details.

Synchronize Returns and Refunds

The Magento Connector Plus synchronizes refunds issued in NetSuite or Magento between the two systems. This includes the export of Cash Refunds to Magento and the import and export of Credit Memos between Magento and NetSuite as they are created. If items are returned to inventory as part of the refund process, the regular inventory flow will keep Magento’s inventory up to date. Click here for more details.
