With the Celigo Amazon Connector, you can combine the selling power of Amazon.com Seller Central with your NetSuite system. This allows you to leverage NetSuite’s “One system, no-limits” philosophy by using a single system for your product and order-related data and minimizing double-entry.
The Celigo Amazon Connector is broken down into two main areas, Order Related Feeds and Product Related Feeds. A feed can be defined as an event where data flows either from NetSuite to Amazon Seller Central (an export) or from Seller Central to NetSuite (an import).
The following Order Related Feeds are currently supported:
Sales Orders Imported to NetSuite
Orders placed on Amazon.com are automatically imported into your NetSuite account. Once an hour, the connector calls Seller Central and checks for a newly generated Order Report. If an Order Report is found, the connector reads the sales order information and imports the data into NetSuite.
Fulfillments Exported to Seller Central
Sales orders in NetSuite are checked to see if you have shipped any of the items. If so, the connector looks up the items and time fulfilled, the shipping item used, and the tracking number(s) assigned and sends that data to Seller Central.
Items Exported to Amazon
Inventory items in NetSuite that you designate as Amazon Items are periodically sent to Seller Central in order to keep your catalog synchronized. Items that have changed or are newly created in NetSuite are either updated or created in Seller Central. Both standard and matrix inventory items are supported.
Prices Exported to Seller Central
Prices are kept up to date in Seller Central using using the item rate or the NetSuite price level that you have designated.
Images Exported to Seller Central
Product image URLs are sent to Seller Central using the image types set up in NetSuite. The connector supports all of the image types in Amazon: main image, alternate images 1-8, search results image, and swatch image for matrix child-specific images.
Relationships Exported to Seller Central
Matrix items are defined in Amazon by sending a report specifying the parent-child hierarchies for each of your matrices.
Stock Levels Exported to Seller Central
The current available quantities of your NetSuite inventory items are kept up to date in Seller Central to prevent over-selling. The available quantity may represent that available in one or more NetSuite locations.
