Position: We currently looking for our next Sales leader in our San Mateo, CA headquarters. This position will report directly to the CEO. Celigo is redefining the future of cloud-based application integration through an easy-to-use, next-generation integration Platform-as-a-Service (iPaaS) that enables companies to integrate anything to anything. We're VC funded and looking to increase our growth exponentially.
Who are we looking for?
- Sales leader in a high growth B2B SaaS environment, either as a director or VP
- Experience selling deals in the $10-50k ACV range
- Familiar with both the SMB and enterprise space
- Built or scaled inside sales teams
- Experience managing corporate sales team a plus
- Experience managing an SDR team a plus
What would you do, if hired?
- Manage sales team of 10-15 AEs and a few Solution Consultants
- Hire and mentor sales team
- Define and execute on optimal sales process for our target market
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and collaboration with marketing
- Contribute at a strategic level by targeting new market segments, verticals and use cases
- Build out SDR team
