We have been using Netsuite for the last 16 months and been using MAC OS for ever, running the latest updates of Entourage.
When running the calendar synchro, NetSyncX does not seem to take into account the start date and is running synchronization from....the date earth was created!
Hope the upcoming update will fix this.

I would really love to be able to drag a contact from my Mac Address Book into NetSuite. All my card scanning software is integrated nicely with my mac AB and it would be wonderful to be able to drag/sync contacts in that direction.

Any hope?

James,

Thanks for your feedback. We have entered an enhancement (#926) request to provide the ability to edit an email prior to attaching it in NetSuite.

Thanks

Hi,

My company uses Entourage and NetSuite (and some people use Outlook - I use both as run Windows in Parallels) so I had been using the old integration from Xpansion for the Mac side. As you point out above, it is lacking in features.

You may know that NetSuite delivers a similar integration for Outlook users free. All the functionality that exists there (saving attachments, being able to save into different record types like cases) is very good. The one thing that the NetSuite Outlook integration doesn't let you do is edit the email message that gets saved. So every time you have to save an entire email chain which gets overwhelming and confusing when you go back to review the messages in NetSuite.

My suggestion is to make the functionality just like the Outlook version, but keep being able to edit the message content before saving (which you currently can do in NetSyncX as you know). That would bring the best of both integrations together and make a very useful product as our company uses it.

I do think someone will be getting in touch from our company about licenses. And thank you for keeping this product alive, and even committing to make it better! It really is a life saver for NetSuite productivity.
